I purchased a lap top 7 weeks ago. I started a price match refund 6 weeks ago as bEST BUY offered the product cheaper. I have been told for 6 weeks that the refund was processed, then it wasn't, then it was, then wait longer, then no it wasn't approved, then it was, back and forth. I can't ever speak to a supervisor or manager. No one has been able to resolve my issue and process the refund for over $200. I am told YOU cannot find the receipt, but I'm holding it in my hand and provide all the information! Its maddenign to be told 20 different things and to be waiting for money that is desperately needed! I've been on hold for like 10 hours each week to resolve this. I have no idea what to do at this point,.
