A couple of years ago, I purchased three "Geek Squad Certified" refurbished TVs. I set up and used two of them...worked fine. I did not need the third a stored it for future use. About a month ago, I set it up to use it and all I got was a cracked screen image with other strange markings. Totally useless.
I took it in to the local Best Buy and they would not do a thing. I called corporate...no good.
I realize it has been a couple of years, but DEFECTIVE NOW, DEFECTIVE THEN. I mistakenly trusted the "Geek Squad Certified" hogwash. I want a refund or replacement or store credit, now. $105.00 out the window.
I will not shop at Best Buy again.
PLUS, I have tried to use the "GEEK" Squad a couple of times...useless.
