I've had constant BSOD within the first 10 minutes. It's so bad I tried factory resetting it and it blue screened in the middle of that even.My concern is with returning it. I want to mail it back but the problem is I have already logged into important accountss and haeve saved passwords etc but cant seem to get the PC to reset properly. I feel eerie returning a PC without being able to wipe the drive. Any advice? Going to the store would not work great for me because it's 2 hours each way to the nearest best buy. Would they accept a return without the ssd and just deduct that from my refund?

Hi there, meckstroth14,
Welcome to our community forums. Having upgraded computers in the past, I know how much data can be left on a hard drive. I know if I were in your shoes I would have some concerns about that data. I'd be glad to provide some details about our Return & Exchange Promise and some tips for wiping this hard drive.
As nckhammond mentioned, we are only able to process a return for items in a like-new condition. This means that we may deny a return if your product is missing major contents like this hard drive.
We do have some advice on how to wipe a hard drive without needing the use of your operating system. You can find that guide here. Please let me know if you have any other questions that I can assist you with at this time!

Well I bit the bullet and drove 2 hours each way to best buy to return it in person cuz I don't trust shipping. Got my full $2700 refund and I told them I wasn't able to do a factory reset so I guess I just have to hope they wipe it before reshelfing it.
