liable, misrepresentation in my opinion

I was contacted by a call center representative and made a payment over the phone. I recently bought a TV and a soundbar and I was under the impression I set up auto pay to make regular monthly payments with my debit card.

30 days later I was debited for the entire amount of $542.00. I spoke to representative who told me it would take 14 to 21 days to refund my money. After the money came out of my account, I called and spoke to Madison on March 18th at 10:08 AM who told me she would expedite the request and my money would be returned in 5 to 8 days. I called on March 27th and a representative told me I should have the money in my account today. Ten days have elapsed and I called back this morning and spoke to Sherry and then Jamie who told me the request takes 10 to 14 days. I have spoken to several people and been told something different on every call. I am requesting that you return my money in the next 24 hours. I explained to each indivudal I talked to that I was career transitionin for the last six months and recently started working, so I was expecting to make the minimum payment. I am on a budget and had to tap into another account to cover my financial obligations. I feel that 11 days is more than enought time to process a refund. I would like resolution, spefically a pending credit of the amount I am to be refunded in my account in the next 24 hours.

Are you writing regarding a My Best Buy credit card? These cards are issued by our partner Citibank. We are unable to view or modify these accounts I would recommend contacting Citbank at 1-888-574-1301 for further assistance. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we're happy to help.

1. Why did the four people I spoke tell me three different refund dates.

2. What is the real date I can expect the refund?

If this is regarding your Citibank card I am unable to answer those questions. As I mentioned we are unable to view any My Best Buy credit card account information. Because of this I am unable to speak to the information an agent may have available to them. I am also unfamiliar with the typical timeline for a refund to be issued. I would encourage you to continue working with Citibank regarding this matter.
