invoice lost

Hi guys Smiley Happy

 

I bought a dji mavic 2 zoom in Usa during my holidays.

 

I remeber the place where i bought it, the date and have a bank account showing the purchase but unfortunatelly i lost my invoice. My drone is broken and dji require a proof of purchase.

 

How can i do to get a copy as i am living abroad ?

Did you get signed up for a free My Best Buy account at the time? If you did you can potentially look up that info in your acct.

Welcome to our forums!  It’s great to hear you were able to visit one of our stores during your last trip here to the U.S., and I hope you enjoyed your visit!  As for the drone you’ve purchased, it’s disappointing to hear it seems to broken at the moment, but I’m hopeful I’ll be able to assist in tracking down the receipt or invoice you’re looking for.

 

In order for me to begin my research, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address 
  • Your My Best Buy Member ID (if you opened one)
  • What product(s) are/were purchased
  • The rough total amount spent on the receipt, including tax
  • Form of payment
  • Date of purchase
  • Store location

 

As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this sent my way.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
