I have got an iPhone SE prepaid from Verizon which is locked purchased about a year back. The lock should have been cleared after 1 year as per the lock policy. So I contacted Verizon support and they told me the issue is the phone is not scanned in Best Buy system properly.
I am not in a position to go to the nearest shop, how do I get this resolved.

I would be happy to help you look in to this to see how we may be able to best assist you. Did you make this purchase at one of our store locations or online? Did Verizon provide any more details about how this phone was scanned? Any additional information would be much appreciated.
