i need to return a defective item.. best buy only gives a few days to return but i need extra time. I thought i would have 30 days to return this defective item (as is the policy in 99% of stores) but best buy gives less days than most stores for this and they don't tell you. So i found out about this today, the last day when this item can be returned. I need an extra few days in order to return this defective item. How can we fix this? I called everyone and the people on the phone can't even contact the store. I cannot come in to the store today and i need to return this defective item to get my money back. Please.
