i have tried using the customer service number and also going back to the store where the problem occurred and i am not making any headway. I want to file a compliant on this matter along with getting this issure resolved or answers to way it cannot be solved.

Post it here. The moderators work out of corporate and can take your feedback and record it at the headquarters. If you'd like to keep it private, wait for one of them to respond and they'll ask for the details in a private message. Due to the influx of traffic during the pandemic, wait times can be longer than normal.
