I need some help. I've placed a online order at bestbuy.com on Friday, 2/18/22 and item was to be shipped to my address. The item was cancelled and returned (yes returned to a bestbuy location) on Friday, 2/25/22. The item was paid for via a bestbuy giftcard and I can see via the bestbuy mobile app that the purchased was refunded to a different bestbuy giftcard. I have yet to receive a refund to my original bestbuy giftcard and the items that I purchased have now went up in price. I've online chatted with a customer service rep on Friday, 2/25/22 and was told that the original giftcard will be refunded within 24-48 hours. It is now 5 days later and no refund whatsoever. Any help will be greatly appreciated. This ordeal has really stressed me out and seems very very shady.

Do you know if I can repurchase these items and get a price adjustment to the previous sale price?
