I submitted a food spoilage claim request over 2 months ago to no avail, I have filed a BBB complaint about my food spoilage claim, I have called Best Buy, the Geek Squad, and anybody who would listen about my food spoilage claim. I lost so much more than the claim would cover. It's a shame that a company wants you to pay for a service that they have NO INTENTION TO HONOR!!! I want my reimbursement.

We understand how troubling it can be to watch food go bad when a fridge or freezer stops working, and are happy to offer up to $200 in food reimbursement for situations like that. I hate to hear that you've had issues with getting this taken care of, though. Have you had a chance to take a look at the Terms & Conditions of your plan to complete all of the required steps in requesting that reimbursement?
