eGift card failed authorization

I used six e-gift cards for a purchase couple of days ago. One of those six cards failed authorization later on. Now that particular gift card shows zero balance; altough şt was not used. I contacted e-gift card customer support but I got response that BestBuy customer support could help with this issue. Appreciate someone to look into this issue and fix the balance of my gift card. Thanks.
