credit card payment

i was locked out of my online bill pay. i was on medical leave dec-march 2019. i wasn’t able to access my account to pay the bill. even though i tried it still won’t let me. you all used to have an automated system where people could access the account and unlock the account and now they can’t. i guess you won’t be getting payment from me

that makes it hard to make a payment which just ruins your credit even more. i won’t do business with it ever again
