Hello, I am looking for a contact to escalate our issues with the claims handling of bestbuy after the delivery of a fridge that was poorly packaged and arrived with scratches. As a result we now an appliance that looks as bad if not worse than some open box offers. With numerous follow ups - each time experiencing a hold time of at LEAST 20 to 30 min - we seemed to not ever reach the assigned claims contact. We were offered 200$ discount by phone. After wasting a lot of time on follow ups and chasing confirmation of amount and timing of the refund in writing, we have now been advised that the refund has been reduced and processed. This is not how I picture to be treated as a frequent, loyal and timely paying customer and advocator of bestbuy. I was never offered to speak to the superiors who made the decision nor do I have the time to chase this with new fruitless 30 min phone calls. This entire experience has been very disappointing.
