I made a purchase that had a promotional e-gift card for $100
I received an email with a link to redeem the e-gift card; when I click the link:
- I am sent to a page with a form with a single input field for my phone number
- I cannot type anything into this field, it just doesn't work
- Mac OSX: Chrome, Safari and Firefox
- Android: Chrome mobile

I called support and got transferred, re-routed, given another number, battled with automatted phone bots and then transfered again before being discounted for the 2nd time.
Really irritated right about now, probably never buy anything from BestBuy online again.
I would have been better off without the stupid e-gift card, I have wasted more time than it is even worth and I still can't redeem it.

Welcome to Best Buy’s online community. I do enjoy the perks of purchasing a product, and it is coming with a promotional offer. I am disappointed to learn that you are experiencing technical difficulties when trying to redeem your e-gift card and have not been able to get someone to help. If you have not already done so, I would recommend that you clear cookies, and cache from your browser.
