On March 15, 2019 I purchased a ARRIS SB6183 Surfboaed from the Best Buy store in West Ashley, SC. I was told by the WOW salesman over the phone that this is the one I needed! I wanted a modem/router combo. When the serviceman installed my service he told me that this was only a modem. I tried to return the unopened package to the store and realized that when the item was scanned at checkout it scanned the wrong serial number and now I can return the modem!

Were you able to speak to a manager when you tried returning the modem in-store?
