bestbuycard account new letter but no card to log in to view it.

 I recieved a email saying my bestbuycard account has a new letter to view as quickly as possible that it could affect my account. Only problem is it wants Me to use my card number and that to log in. I only signed up for the card 2 days ago so I don't have the cards infomartion yet to use to log in with to view the letter. What should I do?  I know the card is through citi and not really bestbuy. But I can't even view the faq or help page without logging in with the card I don't got yet.

Thanks for reaching out to our Community Forums with your question.  Generally speaking, anytime your being asked to verify account information it’s best ensure you’ve registered your account first. To do this you’ll certainly need to wait for the physical card to arrive and then proceed with the verification process. If after you receive your card, and completed the registration there a still questions you have, we recommend contacting Best Buy Credit Card support through Citibank at (888) 574-1301 for further assistance.
