I recently chatted with a best buy representative online and inquired about a price adjustment on purchases made a little over a month ago-I realize the policy and was surprised when he said we could go ahead and do it. We chatted for 25 minutes getting it resolved only to say he couldn't do it. Again-frustrated over the lack of knowledge and how little care he gave regarding the issue. Though just an elite member, I've spent a great deal of money there and expected better. I would like to inquire how to cancel my memberships and shop elsewhere. Thanks.
