If the purchase is within the return period you may be able get another one. Otherwise the manufacurer is responsible for replacement outside the return period.

@hockeycanuckjc makes some great possible points for discussion, but I have some other questions before proceeding down the manufacturer route.
Such as, when was your purchase and did you by chance opt-in on Geek Squad Protection?
