You owe me over 2k still… no refund yet

I purchased a computer Mac pro 16”. Best Buy stated my card didn’t go through. I was in desperate need so I paid cash. My card did in fact go through and I went back for my refun of cash if almost 2300.00. No where on the receipt does it state you cannot get your cash back. Online it states up to 10 business days. I didn’t buy it online I purchased in store. Why would any customer see that inside your store making purchases. Anyways, after 17 corporate phone calls, emails to general manager who promised to handle and never did as well as in store visits, and 37 calls to customer service I have yet to receive my money. It has been 15 working day 19 days. I was given a case number to no avail. I want my money overnighted to me. Corporate is an overseas facility that usually hangs up on you and never ever calls you back. I have visited the store over 10 times asking for my funds. Best Buy has broken their own policy. I was there with the police wednesday asking for my money as I have my refund receipt. Nothing has happened, no resolution, no money, no customer service, I simply want my money as is rightfully owed to me. 2300 is not chump change. I want my money

I would call the card company. Thats pretty fraudulant and you have protections agains that.

Our bank withdrew two mortgage payments one month last year, it was a frustrating process to get that money returned to our account. Our return & Exchange Promise does stipulate that purchases of more than $800 made with cash with be refunded by check, but you should have received it by now if everything was successfully processed. I absolutely understand your frustration here, and I would love to look into this further for you. Nothing ever gets done. No one does anything. Best Buy shuffles you around repeatedly trying to make you give up. I’m contact everyone on here and looking to file a class action lawsuit. So far so great (:
