Our bank withdrew two mortgage payments one month last year, it was a frustrating process to get that money returned to our account. Our return & Exchange Promise does stipulate that purchases of more than $800 made with cash with be refunded by check, but you should have received it by now if everything was successfully processed. I absolutely understand your frustration here, and I would love to look into this further for you.
