As indicated by their last post they may have left to be out of the office. This would possibly indicate time off. It would delay your resolution and you may have your case picked up by another moderator.

Yes, thank you. I am fine with another moderator, I just want to ensure Best Buy doesn't automatically cancel my orders resulting in me dealing with the hassle of re-ordering and possibly having issues.

Thank you for providing that last piece of information. I was able to get the auto cancel dates for both orders extended out to Dec. 1. It does appear that we are still waiting for that additional inventory to arrive so we can fulfill your orders. That said, you will receive an email or text notification when they are ready for pick up.

Is this actually happening?  Do I need to be concerned about my order being cancelled?
