Xbox Series X All Access Issue.

Hi, has anyone ran into a problem, when applying for the xbox all access program from citizens one? I apply for the xbox series x all access bundle from citizens one on Jan. 17, 2022, got approved for $2,500, and was able to order a xbox series x 24 month game pass bundle for next day pick up. The next day, the order got canceled due to out of stock. I did the live chat, and called Best buy customer service. Short story, I canceled the order and placed a new order at different location which will take 3 days, but it got canceled again due to "exceeded ordearble limit quality" and a text "unable to verify info". Called customer service again, agent stated I will get a email in 24hrs, but in the mean time, go to a Best Buy Retailer for assistance. I went to Best Buy on Jan. 20, 2022 , told the manager my situation that I'm exceeded on the order for the Xbox All Access and I can't order the xbox all access. He told me it not Best Buy, it's citizens one, and I need to call them, so I did that, citizens one told me I'm good, and if Best Buy preventing you to purchase a Xbox All Access, then than on them, we can't block you because we dont work at the Best Buy department. Jan. 21, 2022, called Best Buy, spoke to an agent, and this agent was aware how the xbox all access work, but he put me on hold because he was waiting for a tech support to gather some information for him, after being on hold for 50 mins, phone disconnected on his end. At this point I'm very frustrated, I got my orders canceled twice, took a hard hit on my credit and no xbox series x. I need to know what is the next step i can do because I feel like I did everything.
