I purchased a beautiful LG Gas Dryer at my local Best Buy in Eatontown NJ. I was so impressed with my sales rep-Alexis M-, and other employees like Mike, Christopher, Hannah R. who ended up helping when delivery issues occurred.
After all was said and done, and my new Washer and gas dryer were finally installed in my Naples, Florida condo, I proceeded to obtain the expected $150.00 rebate from TECO for the purchase of the LG Energy Star Gas Dryer.
I have spent many HOURS trying to get to 1st base. First, tracking the 3rd party hired by BestBuy who delivered and installed my new dryer. Best Buy couldnt help, so all the research was on me. I went back through all my phone calls and tracked this delivery/installation company. I left messages, called repeatedly and finally reached Veronica from XPO who emailed her boss because she couldn't give me any information regarding the questions I needed answered to get my rebate.
I have no where to turn. I went into my local Eatontown BB and they knew nothing regarding who they contractedexcept agreed it was XPO, their license number, their official name, etc. ...Is it fair that I lose $150.00 due me because of poor communication and lack of info between BB and their hired vendors.??? I think not.
PLEASE help because TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!!!
$150.00 is alot to me and I could've gone anywhere else to purchase but I chose BB.
