In November 2020 I made a purchase of 79.48 of two items, one for pickup and one to be shipped to my house. I intended to return both of them, so I returned the item shipped to my house, and was told that if I didn't pick up the other item it would be canceled and I would be refunded. I was refunded only the full amount for one item -- 37.09. For the pickup item, I was only refunded 21.19.
I have called customer support maybe once a month since this has happened. Each time, I am told that it will be resolved and it never is. I have no idea where the difference is coming from because I returned both items! Knowing it would take this long to figure this out, I would have just made a chargeback back in December, but now it is past the point I can even do that. What are my options at this point? I called back today and followed up on my case number, but was told that the "refund was already processed". Indeed, a refund of the wrong amount.
