This is by far the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life. This young lady was extremely rude and didnt have any knowledge about the product at all. Let me briefly explain what happened here. I recently purchased a blink camera from BESTBUY less than a week ago. Just 2 days ago blink camera (owned by amazon) dropped its price to 69.99 and 2 camera system to 99.99. (I bought the 1 camera system for 99 so I wanted to keep the price and receive another pack of camera or do a complete exchange for the same model on amazon). This lady was extremely rude and said "blink isnt owned by amazon, its owned by a 3rd party" she declined to do the price match in the most rudest way poasible. Just to be clear, i dont need this experience for a mere 30-60dollars. So i tell her that i dont need the price match and double chekced if she got her facts correct. She says yes and just stares at me. Even at the time of writing this complaint she i am just furious. As a person working with "customers" this is just unaccpetable. No knowledge and extremely rude. I use to always recommend BBY but this will be it. My experience with Bestbuy has significantly declined. By the way, this isnt my first time Experiencing this in this store. I will do everything to avoid this person. I hope someone reads this and file a complaint to bestbuy corporate.

We should always aim to provide our customers with the most professional and knowledgeable in-store experience possible. However, it sounds like that wasn't the case here. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience as I'm sure this was a less than pleasant interaction. That being said, if an item is sold and shipped by Amazon.com, it should qualify for a Price Match Guarantee. Any other items on Amazon.com, including those sold by Amazon subsidiaries, are not applicable. Nonetheless, I do appreciate you bringing this to our attention and please know it will be noted on our end for future reference.

I totally do! As I mentioned, the store staff should always be friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. They should also ensure they are properly up to date on a variety of different topics or find an answer to a customers request in the moment. So please accept my sincerest apologies for this as it should've never happened and is never acceptable in our stores.
