Worst customer service experience

I have been trying to contact customer support about a price match and have been trying to get transferred to a supervisor but all of the customer service agents have limited English and follow a script. Everytime I'm told they try to connect to a supervisor it is a hold time of exactly the same length then I am told I will be called back shortly or later that day but I have never received a call from anyone at Best Buy. Now that it has been this long trying to get a hold of someone who can help me my product is out of the return window and they will no longer honor the price match. Not only that I've had agents lie to me about content of chat messages that I have screenshots of and have been very rude and short in their communications. This has been the worst customer service experience I've EVER had and it might actually amount to fraud. Has anyone had any success contacting a supervisor in customer support? I currently suspect that they don't actually have a structure in their outsourced customer service. If your problem is outside of their preselected options they give you the run around and hope you give up.

Feeling like you were not treated with the utmost respect is upsetting to hear. Our team works directly out of the Corporate Office, and we will be fully documenting this to ensure something like this does not happen in the future.
