Worst customer service ever

Best Buy customer service has became a joke, I have been waiting 2 full days for a call back from a supervisor, I have spent a total over 5 hours on hold multiple times calling, they put you on hold in hopes that you will hang up and go away. There is no accountability for what they tell you. Please save yourself the time and headache and just buy things from Amazon, I have tried to keep supporting brick and mortar store but this is the last straw for me.
