We've been loyal customers of Best Buy for years and happily spent thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, this past week we've encountered the worst customer service experience on all levels.
We would like to speak to a manager at Headquarters by email or phone number to assist us with a formal complaint.
It’s unfortunate that some of Best Buy’s employees do not respect the core value and mandate of your company.
