I spent over $2700 in one month at best buy because I thought they were the best. I WAS WRONG! The fridge I ordered was delayed beyond it's already one month wait for three weeks; during which time I was never contacted by best buy of their own free will to fix the issue. I would receive different stories from their support saying the fridge was lost, to on back order, to late arrival at the warehouse and not once did they contact me to help me get my fridge. I had to make over 30 calls in 2 weeks to get answers and each time I would have to start over and explain my issue! When I finally received my fridge (3 weeks late and multiple lies) they offer me 14% of my $1400 purchase in the form of store credit. HA! Now I am trying to return the fridge and for some "strange" reason, my fridge that was delivered 6 days ago is still in "transit" and I am not able to return it. Wonder if they will keep it that way for 30 days until the return policy expires? I will not let them steal my money! Be careful with best buy!

I do apologize if this refrigerator was not delivered on the date you were advised it would be, and I of course can understand you being upset that this order is not able to be cancelled in its current state. It is correct that an order cannot be cancelled when it is listed as being out for delivery. I would like to make sure you get taken care of.
