I've made 2 significant purchases from Best Buy in the past 2 years, and both were disasters. To add insult to injury, Best Buy makes it next to impossible to report your issues and discuss them with a live person at their store. In both cases, I was bounced around their IVR and had to physically drive to the store to get any kind of resolution. How can these stores stay in business when they treat their customers like crap?
