Hi I work at a warehouse where we have a raffle every year. This year I won a tv, but have no where to put it. I was wondering if there was a way for me to exchange for something smaller. I know this probably sounds suspicious, but i can provide any details necessary.

Hey there, JenkaAlvour,
Thank you for taking the time to join our community here on the Forums! It sounds like you struck some luck with your recent winning, and I can understand that you were wanting to explore what may be available regarding an exchange of the item you received. While any possibilities may be outlined within our Return & Exchange Promise, I would be glad to review this further.
For clarification, do you have the proof of purchase for this TV? If so, do you know when this was purchased?

I recieved it on December 26, 2020, as far as when it was purchused i am unsure. My best guess with how HR does our raffles is that it was pulled out of the warehouse as shrink or from the damage area. There is a shipping label on it that is from bestBuy, but I posted here mostly becuase i am trying to explore my options. I may be able to email my HR department about getting a proof of this if it was a pourchues or a return.

Gotcha. I appreciate those additional details. It may be best to contact your HR department for more information regarding the purchase, or heading to your local Best Buy store to explore what options may be available.
For clarification, are you an employee at Best Buy or Geek Squad? If so, are you working at one of our locations within the U.S. or Canada?

Based on the information you've provided about this, working with your local Best Buy store would be your best option at this time, as they would be best equipped to review the TV purchase further to determine what options may be available. With that said, please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns I can assist with at this time!
