Yikes, that's not right. Sorry for the wrong info. Once any type of media is opened (video game, CD, DVD, etc.) it is only able to be exchanged for an identical item within your return period—and that's not 60 days. Did you speak to a store manager about this at all?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out with your experience. @Sam15 is spot on regarding our Return & Exchange Promise. We want our customers to receive the correct information so they can properly prepare themselves. To that end, the typical 15-day return period for most products and customers is included at the bottom of our store receipts along with directions to our website for the full policy.
