I bought a Samsung Galaxy 10+ back in march and when I bought it I also paid $169 for the 2 year insurance plan in which going by the receipt was included in the cost that I've already paid.
Since I've already paid this, why exactly am I getting charged $10.29 a month for this plan when it has already been paid for back when I bought the phone itself?

Hi,
Welcome back to Best Buy's forum. Congratulations on upgrading to a Samsung Galaxy 10+. I hope that you have been enjoying your phone, which I can understand your surprise to learn that you are being billed a monthly charge of $10.29. I will be happy to assist you with your questions.
I would encourage you to review Statement Charges and see if any other Geek Squad service look familiar. If none of the services are familiar, and if you haven't recently purchased a cell phone, I will be happy to further look into your account. To review your account, I will need to gather some information from you. Send me a private message with your full name, email address, and phone number. To send me a private message, log into the forum, and select the 'Private Message' option from my signature bar.
Thank you,

rskehan,
Thanks for the update! I believe that is also what the charges would appear as for a monthly AppleCare+ plan, and the amount per month would be similar to what we would see for many models of iPhone. Karina needed to step away for a moment, but I'll connect with you via Private Message, soon. I am able to see Private Messages sent to other moderators.
