I 've called into customer service 6 times this morning and NO ONE knows what to do about the charges in my BB account. They are listed plain as day and questions I get are "how did you come to be aware of these charges", "have you spoke to the store manager", "you need to contact the store manager" and alike.
I am stunned there is not a fraud dept.
How do I reach the corporate headquarters?
The customer service dept is a disgrace.
