Who do I contact for FRAUD on my account? Customer Service NOT helpful at all

I 've called into customer service 6 times this morning and NO ONE knows what to do about the charges in my BB account.  They are listed plain as day and questions I get are "how did you come to be aware of these charges", "have you spoke to the store manager", "you need to contact the store manager" and alike.

I am stunned there is not a fraud dept.

How do I reach the corporate headquarters?

The customer service dept is a disgrace.

Which best buy account? Your my best buy rewards account or you best buy cc card? If it is the credit card you need to call citi bank, they have a fraud department, and also file a police report.
If it is your rewards account the moderators here may be able to help.

Re: Who do I contact for FRAUD on my account? Customer Service NOT helpful at all

Hello, lowbar,

Welcome to our community forum and thank you for taking the time to write about these purchases. I keep a close eye on my bank account and know how concerned to see a charge I wasn't familiar with. Our team is located here at our Corporate Campus and you can call us at (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289. With that said I would be glad to look in to this for you. Were these charges on your Best Buy credit card? If so, have you contacted Citibank?

Can you please send me a private message with a few more details so I can review your account? I will need to confirm your:

Full name

Email address

Phone number

You can send me a private message by clicking the button at the bottom of my post across from my name. I look forward to hearing back from you!
