To get it in front of corporate, this forum is one way to get that information to them. The moderators here work out of our corporate office and can help address those concerns. You can either post it here or wait for them to answer where you can send it to them via private message.

If you are trying to get it in front of the local store’s leadership for a resolution, you can find that email address on bestbuy.com by looking up the store's page in the store locator.
