I bought an air fryer from Best Buy in early 2022. Months later they said it was recalled and demanded I send it back, which I did in October 22. They said I'd have a rebate in 6-8 weeks. NOTHING. I have called or chatted many, many times and have been lied to each time. On February 15, 2023, I was promised a full refund within 48 hours. STILL NOTHING.

I no longer believe anything I'm told by Best Buy reps. i have been lied to over and over and over, and as far as escalation, I've been told 5 times over the last month that my case was escalated. Still NOTHING. I've been waiting for my refund for over 4 months. Stop talking and lying and just refund my money.
