Where is my post?

Hello,

I left two posts here today. But I'm only seeing the second one. I posted them in the same manner. I'm confused.

Thank you Mariah for your quick reply and explanation.

 

I admit I'm surprised that my positive feedback regarding customer service I received was considered Spamming. That certainly was not my intent. 

 

Could you please share specifically what about my comments were considered a violation of the standards for forum and discussions here? If I feel compelled to post again in the future, I'd want to avoid that happening again.
