What's with refunds not processing?

So what's the deal with an order not only not being shipped, but "returned" at the same exact time a delivery was claimed to be attempted and a refund processing for over a month now?

Seems I'm far from the first or last person to be having this exact problem with bestbuy

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to write to us about your order. I know whenever I order something I keep a very close on the tracking information so I can imagine your surprise to see that this package was returned. I'd be happy to see how I may be able to help clear up the status of this refund.

 

Based on your message it sounds like our shipping partner was unable to delivery this package, is that correct? If so, it's likely this package was returned to us. Once a package has arrived at our return center it may take 7-15 business days for a refund to be processed.
