In the very near future I plan on purchasing an item that's $299 & to get it with the 12 month financing but I'm just wondering if for whatever reason I don't like the item & want to return it what's the return policy for that? Would I have to pay it off in full before I could return it? Maybe I've missed it but I haven't seen any specific information about this type of return situation.

Purchases made with Financing on the Best Buy Credit Card follow our standard return policy. Activated devices have a 14 day return window, while most other purchases have a 15 day return policy. If you have the Best Buy Totaltech membership, you qualify for a 60 day return policy on most purchases other than activated devices.

You can view the detail of Financing on the Best Buy Credit Card here. Purchases do not need to be paid off to be able to return them. Any amount already paid when you return would be credited to your account.
