Other Customer Service Support

Hello Friends,

After numerous google searches, I am inquiring regarding BestBuy's corporate email address. After a horrendous customer service experience while attemptiing to purchase a laptop online, I would like to file a formal complaint via email with BestBuy. However, I am unable to locate an email address on their website..which is odd considering most reputable companies list email addresses on their site that allow customers to reach them directly.

Does BestBuy have a coporate email address where they field customer service complaints?--if so, what is the email address? If not, how should I go about contacting them regarding a customer service compaint? I would prefer to avoid calling and being placed on hold for hours, but if that is necessary, I will certaintly do so, as my experience with BestBuy was that dreadful.

This platform is corporate where staff from the Coroporate HQ respond to customers. You will get a reply.

At one time BB did have a corporate email address but it was over run by non essential email.

i.e. Advertising, pranks, etc...  It became apparent that there was no efficient way to manage and seperate legitimate email inquiries, like yours, and those that were not legitimate.  So they switched to customer support via the forums.

I was attempting to contact Best Buy through this forum for their lack of any customer service and tried to post just once and got a message stating
“ You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later”.

Can’t reach the store, made at least 50 phone calls, tried chat several times and totally clueless.
Unbelievable!
