We purchased this westinghouse TV on March 5 and it was delivered on March 10. We set it up and have had issues with sound going in and out since we received it. We have troubleshooted all the various suggestions from your site and Westinghouse, and we have looked for firmware updates, etc. and the sound will not stay on. It will work for a little bit and then slowly degrade as we continue to watch the movie.
We are generally very unhappy with this TV and would like to exchange it for a better TV, however I am unable to get ahold of anyone at the open Best Buy to let me know how to get this to happen. I know they are not letting people in the store, but should we just show up and explain to them there? This is our main TV and we need a functioning one.
Please let me know how to proceed. I have yet to actually talk to a human after contacting various numbers locally and your main line.
