Webroot unsubscription - card still charged

I had cancelled my subscription (post 6-mo free period) for webroot but my card was still charged. Please look into it and refund me.

I could only imagine how upsetting it must have been to see another charge stem from an already cancelled subscription.  It would be understandable to reach out to us for assistance with your subscription. 


With apologies, there would be no way for us to handle these charges for software.  However, I would like to have you call us over the phone at (888) 237-8289 for further assistance.
