This is not a game, Best Buy. I went out of my way to ask two different associates about the Credit Card and both assured me "it will be a soft hit, you have nothing to lose." Well I woke up this morning and I did lose - many credit points, at the expense of Best Buy. somebody needs to be held accouintable and make this right.
Please email me as soon as possible with a solution

I'd recommend returning to the store where you may have been provided incorrect information about the My Best Buy credit card. Hopefully a manager is able to address these employees, but with apologies, I'm not sure there could be anything else done for the check that was already ran by the credit companies.
