Hello, I'm beyond frustrated. I purchased headphones with a warranty for my son July of last year. I had to return them January of this year. I was able to use the warranty and then was given the option to purchase an additional warranty. I didn't realize at the time the once an item is returned the warranty is no longer valid. So I paid the difference from the previously purchased warranty to get another warranty for the ones I got in January. The headphones are not working again so I take them back. They have no record of the warranty I purchased for the new ones obtained in January. They only show a record of return. I only had to pay a few dollars and must have paid in cash because they have no record of it on my card. I've never had to keep receipts with Best Buy because it's always been in the system. I just assumed that they last warranty info would be in there as well. I can't find the receipt so they would not exchange the headphones. I'm so disappointed. Headphones don't seem to last long so that was the whole point of getting the warranty. It's cheaper than continually buying new headphones. I don't want to pay another $30 for headphones. I've purchased several items at Best Buy over the years but if this can't be resolved, I won't be purchasing anything else.
