Due to some operational problem in store I was charged multiple times for an item.
The store fixed the issue and returned my money.
However, I received more money than I should. Best Buy returned it 2 ways:
- A store gift card posted to my card
- A bank transaction
I already tried a few times to check with the store how to return the extra money, but the store does not seem to have a way to process this request as the transaction seems to be lost.
I received US$ 91.24 twice and I'd like to return US$ 91.24 to Best Buy.
Is there a way to send a check to some central billing processing.
I'm just trying to do the right thing as the money is not mine.
