I have had a bad experience with Best Buy since November 2018. I will be super short on this but i wanted someone to know how bad the experience was. I have been a customer for years and this has made me want to just shop at target or sams club for my electronic needs. First it started with bestbuy.com canceling my order. No explanation why. Than it was a store experience with the manager. They refused to speak to me but did not mind passing their message along to an associate. Than when a front end supervisor asked if i needed help i requested a manager and she said that if she cant do anything than the manager cant either. Last thing that happened was i preordered a game back in March 2018. i was told if i wanted to upgrade it to cancel and put in another order. I received a notice that the game was unavaiable after i called the day before. the associate on the phone even said that they should have held a game for me but most likely sold it. she said she would transfer my call to corporate. she used that term. she ended up sending me to bestbuy.com. i requested a manger and go nothing. when i did call the corporate number i was told to go to bestbuy.com and click on 'Send Feedback" and someone would call me back. WOW. i did that and it just submits my info without my contact information. so finally i got a manger on the phone from the location after pressing the #5 key for appliance because no one picks up the phone using the other keys. she said she would fix my problem and we would talk about the issues i had back in November because she does not remember someone reuqestion a manager (which i dont believe). she nver called. i waited and got nothing. called them and was told she wasnt in. such great customer service (just kidding). This was by far the worst experience ever. This does make me think who i should shop with when i have to buy a washer and dryer because not only does best buy offer no interest for certain amount of months, but this company does not need any more money from me so i can buy elsewhere.
