Waiting for a Refund

Hello,

 

I returned a copy of Sea of Thieves via mailing to the Kentucky return center. The tracking number says that it arrived on March 16, yet I have not recieved a refund even after two weeks. What can be done to recieve my refund?

Was the game opened when you mailed it in for a return?  The return policy states that media can only be exchanged for an identical item once it has been opened, so if you mailed it in opened, I don't think you'd qualify for a refund.

It was opened upon return. Does this mean I should expect it to return to me in the mail?

To be honest, I don't remember the exact process of what happens when an item arrives at the Returns Center that doesn't qualify for a return or exchange.  The corporate forum moderators seem to be quite busy, but hopefully one of them can take a closer look and clarify for you when they become available.
