I had an appointment set up to replace a dishwasher replacement and they apparently called the day before and left no message. I firured I needed to confirm the appt before they would show up. Si I decided to call them. BIG MISTAKE FOR MY NERVES. It was a 25 minuet wait and was given the option for then to call me. They di call within 25 minuets and was promptly put on hold for 45 minuets. I eventually just hung up. So i decided to make another attempt and finally got through after another 30 minuets on hold. I told the guy my information and thenh he transferred me to the DISPATCHER. Put on hold for another 20 minuets. They finally answered and they didnt say anything,. and promptly hung up on me.
This company was only used because my landlord had to replace my dishwasher. He chose to buy it from WORST BUY.
I will never buy anything from them because if you ever have a problem, you cannot get through to talk to anyone.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF EVER WILL NEED THEOR HELP ON THE PHONE.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum. I’m disheartened to hear that your experience calling into our support phone number was not as smooth as we would like. It’s Best Buy’s goal to provide great service through all our lines of business so I’m sorry that doesn’t reflect in your calls. I know I would be pretty annoyed in your place if I had such a long wait to speak to someone about my dishwasher delivery concerns.
