ABSOLUTELY INSANE THAT THE STORE IN ALPHARETTA, GA NEVER, AND I DO MEAN NEVER, ANSWERS THE PHONE. WANTED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT BUYING TABLETS FOR MY SALES TEAM...GAVE UP AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 16 MIN. CALLED FRY'S THEY ANSWERED IN 4 MINUTES. NO WONDER BEST BUY IS LOSING MARKET SHARE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SALES STRATEGY IS HORRIBLE.

In my experience with retail shopping, there's really nothing that's frustrated me quite as much as attempting to call a store and not getting an answer, or being dropped into a message system, or basically anything that keeps me from getting my questions answered. I was unhappy to hear that you've had this experience with our Alpharetta location and I regret any inconvenience to you.
