When set up a new Frontier Internet account we were told ther would be a 1 time fee for anti virus, theis was done 9/7/2019 - we still havnt gotten the internet - (Hasnt been hooked up phone line issues) and now we have been billed 2 times for Geek Squad -

I spoke to Best Buy Billing Dept - and yes it was the Geek Squad with a Antivurs product that they were selling with a new Frontier service - I was told that they would stop the order and re-fund our account.

I'm surprised to hear about these charges, just like you were to find them on your statement. Although, I am glad to hear that you were able to speak with our Billing Department and that they were able tp get this situation correted for you. Was there anything else that we could look into for you in regard to this matter or anything else?
